Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This includes payment verification and packaging.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier delays.

Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you for updated shipping details. Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days after dispatch, please contact us at healthfitnessfirstuk@gmail.com. While we are not responsible for courier delays, we’ll assist in tracking your order and finding a resolution.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

• Check with family members, neighbors, or safe drop-off points.

• Contact your local courier for GPS delivery confirmation.
  If it’s still missing, email us within 5 business days at healthfitnessfirstuk@gmail.com so we can help investigate.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Responsibility Once Shipped
Once your package is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by third-party providers. However, we’ll always support you in resolving shipping issues with the carrier.
